No Returns or Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any of our perfume products. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of our items for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mademoiselleparfum.co.za. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- 5 x Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
International Orders
We are happy to serve customers worldwide! However, please note the following:
